Magellan Exits Bankruptcy

Magellan Behavioral Health Care announced on October 8, 2003 that the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York gave final approval for them to exit Chapter 11 Bankruptcy protection. The Court ruled that Magellan had met its statutory requirements for confirmation of its Plan of Reorganization.
