New CredentialThe Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative – Social Work (ACHP-SW) credential confirms your experience, advanced skill, ongoing professional development, and leadership in hospice and palliative care and shows organizations, interdisciplinary team members, colleagues, and clients you have met national standards of specialized practice. Membership in both the National Association of Social Workers and the National Council of Hospice and Palliative Professionals (NCHPP) is required.
