NASW Advocacy

Grassroots Advocacy

Learn how you can take action on the federal issues important to social workers by contacting your members of Congress! GET INVOLVED!

Legislative Advocacy Network

NASW's Government Relations staff is fighting hard to make the voice of professional social workers heard on Capitol Hill. The most effective way to express our ideas and vision, however, is through our members. Having a network of professional social workers willing to contact their members of Congress - via letter, e-mail, or office visits regarding specific issues is essential, ensuring that NASW's legislative agenda is addressed in the Senate and House of Representatives.

Political Action for Candidate Election

NASW-PACE is the political action arm of NASW. As a political action committee, NASW-PACE endorses and contributes to candidates from any party who support NASW's policy agenda.
